Since I needed a new goal for myself I thought I’d set the bar somewhat high for myself.

My notes from day 1:
- Mobility is the first area that needs addressing
- Connection of the pelvis and a posterior tilt when inverted is needed
- Balance will need a lot of practice
- Even though injured the raw strength to press is there so it’ll be easy to sustain
Time to start addressing the first point because with healthy mobile shoulders the rest will be a struggle.
